I bought this for a Christmas gift and of course, I am not going to use it, because of it, "but I can tell ~it is going to be Great, and She will Love it!! 
Nice Color,  Great Service, he even knocked at the door to let us know it was dropped off, and packing was perfect, and same day as they said to be delivered also.....I might even order more in the future possibly.......you won't be sorry if you order one!!!!!!

Chrismas gift,

Bought this in a pinch. Works great! Keeps my beverages hot. Might buy another. Like the easy cleaning of the lid. The other brand I had was hard to clean. Also the rubber wrap around on the top makes for a good grip.

Perfect price and size

I absolutely LOVE this brand so much I bought a smaller one 1st, my problem now is finding this model to purchase, it's my favorite color and I have a 20 oz and 24 oz pink one can someone tell me where I can purchase this exact one, it has been a while since I've had them but I want to renew them with this color. My coffee stays hot so much that I need to open the top to cool it off most morning but it also after closing it remains warm till the last sip.

I've had this mug for 2+ years now, and it remains a favorite as the body is easy to clean and has a wide mouth to put ice in.  It also keeps my drink either hot or cold for a long time without condensation on the outside.  Unfortunately, it's pretty hard to clean the rubber stopper and the gasket of the lid so after some time, it started to smell a bit funky and the stopper discolored.  I don't drink out of the lid anymore, I just unscrew it and drink directly because of this.  I do rinse and dry the lid separately from the body, so I don't understand how this happened.  I tried soaking it in hot water with baking soda to no avail, and brushing it has similarly achieved nothing.  I still use it though, but it would be great if I could get a replacement stopper and gasket.

Pretty good, except for the rubber stopper

I've been using this type for years now and love it.
 Never used anything else since. 
Never had any real issues other than a leak when the sealing ring was too old.
Even bought the replacement ring and stopper kit.
I try to wash thoroughly after every use. 
Last year I was in Target and they were on clearance so I bought 4 of the same.

The only thing I wish they put more effort into was the middle part that snaps shut, it gets pretty nasty in there over time, at that point I just throw it way and use a newer mug.

Could be the best but...

Nice and durable, insulated mug, BUT pretty wasteful for a company to not supply replacement rubber seals/parts and just contribute to our throwaway society clogging up landfills. My mug worked great until the tiny rubber ball seal disappeared one day, then drizzled all over me.

No parts, just add this concept to the landfill

I want to give this rating 5 stars. I have been using  this style for years. I love that it keeps my coffe hot and it is 100% leak proof until the lid breaks or the seal goes in the lid. The tumbler seems indestructible however the lids dont have the same longevity. My complaint is that you cannot buy just a replacement lid. You have to buy a new mug. I now have 3 tumblers with no lids. I hate to throw them out but have no use for them without lids.

Need to be able to purchase replacement lids

I purchased this just over a month ago and now the lid leaks. I've tried to fix it over and over by reinserting the seal. The seal seems to stretch each time you take the lid down. I have five of your mugs and the two with the lids like this one both leak. I threw the first one in the trash, thinking it was just something wrong with the way I was using it. Then when I purchased the new one and the same thing happened I knew it wasn't me. Now I have a mug that is just over a month old that's useless.

As you can see in the image that is the way i received my item. What bothers me the most is that the person who boxed the item had to see that it was damaged since it was the only item i ordered and went ahead and mailed it anyways.

I was given a contigo Byron as a gift some months ago and I loved how it kept my coffee piping hot but lately it seems to not only be leaking when you screw it on no matter how tight it dosen't keep my coffee hot very long anymore
