is this real makeup and real lipstick or just  pretend plastic ?

My 3 year old loves it. ( her older sister that is 11 was even caught playing with it) definitely a great purchase and will buy again (since it's all used from her using it 4 times a day)

My 2 year old granddaughter received this as a gift and she loved it. Now she has incorporated her daddy, Grandpa and her two brothers as her models.

I have tried three times to return this item with no luck. The store told me to contact the seller. After the second attempt at contacting the seller they told me to go to the store. No where does it say the item cannot be returned. Very disappointed.
