These scissors are perfect for kids, very easy to use, both my 4 and 6 year old could use them just fine. They are sharp enough to cut construction paper, cardboard, yarn, etc. But are not sharp enough to where you have to worry about your child cutting themselves with them which I really like. They have a soft, rubber like grip where you hold them so their fingers don't hurt from using them. Another thing I really liked with these is that the top is rounded instead of pointed, making them a lot safer for kids to use as well. I definitely recommend these, they are great for kids that love doing crafts, or need them for school projects, and they cut phenomenal!! Also the quality is amazing, these are very well made and will last quite a while!

Perfect for kids at school and home!!

I received the Pen +Gear 5 blunt 2pk kids scissors, blue and green. The scissors are blunt on the ends but the blades are sharp. My 6 year old loves to do crafts so these are perfect for her. The size of the scissors are perfect for her. They cut construction paper and thin cardboard easy. The package suggest to use with adult supervision. I like the 2 tone blue and green on the scissor handles.

Perfect for kids

Pen + Gear 5" 2pk scissors are great for those little hands. I have a 4 year old and 2 year old who love cutting paper. They both can handle these scissors very well. They use them everyday as long as an adult is around to supervise. I was surprised that these scissors worked so well for my hands too. I found them to be very comfortable and so did my kids. They cut nicely through paper and even thinish cardboard. The pack comes with 2 scissors 1 blue and 1 green.  If your looking for a sturdy pair of scissors that is great for the whole family than look no further.

Cuts well

I have a artistic child who loves arts and crafts. This two pack of scissors from pen and paper are nice quality and work well for my daughter. We seem to always misplace the scissors in different art kits. Having a few pairs helps decrease the stress when crafting. Definitely recommend.

Great scissors for kids

These scissors have really nice, thick handles for little hands to grip. They are easy to open and close. The blades cut nicely without sticking together or tearing the paper like most children's scissors do.

These Pen + Gear 2 pack of Kids Scissors are the perfect size for kids that already have good control using scissors. These scissors are durable. They are made with plastic thumb and finger handles, and have all metal blades. A 5-year-old with good cutting control can use these, but I would suggest responsible adult supervision. Even a 10-year-old could use these scissors. The blades are pretty sharp and make precision cuts with ease. The metal blades don't have the plastic backing, which is why I wouldn't recommend these for a child under five years old. These scissors are sharp and can be used for cutting construction paper. These scissors are a great deal considering they come in a two pack. If you have one child, it's always good to have a back up pair of scissors readily available. If you have multiple children, this 2 pack is ideal in case one pair gets lost. These are really nice kids scissors and I would recommend them to those with children.

Perfect for little hands.

My daughter's absolutely love these scissors. With the being home they love to do arts and crafts. With these kids scissors I can make sure that they are also safe while cutting. These scissors do not have a point at the end and they are not as sharp as regular scissors. Even my four year old loves these.

My four year daughter enjoys these scissors. They are easy for her to hold and use. I like the blunt tip and they don't seem to be extremely sharp. This was her first time using scissors and she was easily able to cut the paper and not get frustrated
