I'm 57 and have dry gray wiry hair. I dye it and if I don't use this chi serum it looks dull and frizzy. But this stuff makes it shiny and less frizzy. I have to use a lot of it but I put a little at a time and wait for it to absorb. I put it in my palm and rub my hands together. Then I run my hands through my hair from the part close to my scalp to the outside. People actually comment that my hair looks healthy. Amazing

Been using Chi Silk Infusion for many years. Recently ordered another bottle from Walmart and noticed the bottle and formula changed! But to my surprise, it's a Good Change! Still Love it!

I love using Chi products. They're wonderful for the hair and very high quality. I find that Walmart prices beat out competitor prices of the stores located near me. It was worth the wait to obtain such a great product for the price from Walmart.

I have ysed this hair conditioner for over 10 years.  I like it bacause it is not heavy on your hair. It is good for type of hair,including natural hair. It keeps it soft, shiny,smooth and smells good. Would recommend it to anyone.

GOOD FOR ANY TYPE OF HAIR

Chi silk makes my hair so soft. I have very coarse hair, but with Chi silk, it feels so soft

Wonderful product

I was VERY surprised when this was delivered and had been shipped from out of the country (VU, pretty sure it's Venezuela, or could be Vietnam). I wasn't out of my other bottle yet, so I just left if on bathroom shelf until I was going to need it. When I opened it last week, it was very obvious that it was NOT what I ordered. I have been using CHI Silk Infusion for over 15 years, and it has always been a yellowish color and very fragrant. It has ZERO aroma, is clear in color (like water), and the texture is not even close to being like all the others that I have ever had. This is a product for people with frizzy full heads of hair, like me. This product is kind of like an oil, that when applied to wet hair, calms it down. The liquid inside of the item that I rec'd, is not oily whatsoever, and does NOTHING to help my hair issue. I wish that I had known that it was going to be outsourced to another country...I would have not purchased it online, and just got the smaller bottle in the store.  Oh yeah, and the phone number for the company who shipped it to me (International ph. number) has been "disconnected". Shocker.

allllll bad....

The product had been open, and when compared to the original CHI silk infusion it does not smell the same. The texture is heavy and not as light. The cap was even the wrong color.

Not very happy with this sealer!!
