Hello! We’re Antony and Richard Joseph, twin brothers and designer-makers with a passion for invention. When we designed our first product together in 2003 – a glass chopping board – we knew we were at the start of an exciting journey. Product Description

This innovative, beech rolling pin takes the guesswork out of preparing biscuit dough, pizza bases and pastry sheets. It comes with five sets of removable, color-coded rings that raise the rolling surface by different amounts to create the required pastry thickness you need - approximately 2 mm (1/16"), 4 mm (1/6"), 6 mm (1/4"), 8 mm (5/16") or 10 mm (3/8"). Simply twist off the rings you don't need and you're ready to roll. You can even use the pin without any rings if you need to roll even thinner. Dimensions: L42 x W6.4 cm.

    I saw this Joseph Joseph rolling pin referenced in a sugar cookie recipe I found online. In the past, I had tried rolling cookie and pie dough to a consistent thickness using wooden dowels and found it awkward and frustrating. This rolling pin is SO much better and easier to use. While it’s not as attractive as my heirloom, inlaid-wood rolling pin, the plastic, twist-off ends of nesting heights on this model is pure genius and a game changer. Now I actually look forward to making cookies for various occasions.

    We have two of these and absolutely love them for our bakery. I was a bit disappointed when the second one cracked not long after we got it. It was too far outside when I'd bought it to say something, but was when we'd barely used the rolling pin.

    The different guides are wonderful. I do wish there was a 5mm option, but there's a good selection of sizes already. I found that we do have to twist them back into place fairly often during heavy use.

    I'd definitely recommend them for anyone who does a lot of baking.
