Smaller kids may need direct supervision or assistance with cutting the yarn loops, but they can definitely wind the yarn and practice counting at the same time! It makes adorable poms that my kids have enjoyed playing with even days later. I love the straightforward directions, quick finish, and the flexibility for kids to get creative and make the poms in different ways. Add more yarn of your own for even more fun! This would be a great birthday party gift idea, or even a birthday party activity for guests to take home with them. Very cute.

The part where you take the string through the bead we needed to burn the edges to make it easy to go through but other than that she could make it by herself! She has one hanging from her book bag and her little purse. I kept the one we made together to put back for her. Such a great bonding experience and I highly suggest these!

There are east to read and follow instructions and the keychains themselves hold up really well after being assembled. My daughter put one on her backpack a month ago and it doesn't have any signs of wear. The keychains are really cute and can be designed many different ways.

She doesn't have dementia fully but she is getting there. I got it for her so it can't keep her brains and head active. She loves it so much. She created myself , her daughter and has self some lovely pom-pom keychains. Her daughter who lives with her said she could not or did not put it down. She created the keychains for every one in 2 days. Her daughter said that it was very easy for her to make on her own. She said that it captured her attention nicely. She said that she is going to purchase more for her mom to do. She also said that she is definitely going to recommend this. I open the box for her and everything inside of it looks very neat and easy to put together. I myself would definitely recommend this.

You can mix and match the color yarn or clips to make it your very own. Great sensory for kids to make there keychain unique. This lot comes with everything you need, including scissors and glue stick. My daughter and friends are ages 6, 7 and 8. All could do there own keychain on there own, with just alittle help with the threader and cutting the yarn to make the Pom. Cute for there backpacks or lunch bags! It comes with 3 sets of yarns, 5 clip-on rings, a pair of kids' scissors and all other supplies to create 5 pom-pom keychains as pictured on the box. The instructions are clear and easy for kids to follow. My kids and I had a lot of fun and enjoyed making these keychains. We're still not back to school here but we are anticipating it and trying to help them feel ready. My four year loves her unicorn and spent a while just dancing around the house with it. She was able to help with most of it and did a lot herself as well. The scissors were not sharp or big enough to cut the Pom Pom although I'm not sure if they counted one as each side or each loop around so we may have put too much yarn on. They're super cute though.
