My family and I are huge fans of the entire line of Contigo products (although a bit pricey) My always go to for style, shape, and sizes are always the Huron Travel Mugs. I take one with me anywhere and everywhere I go from shopping or walking to traveling or just to visit family or friends. I would swear to anyone on this product #1 for how long a drink would stay cold. I was amazed to make a 12-14 hour trip/drive out west and just couldn't believe that my drink was still cold and not only cold but still had ice left, this was very impressive to me and my then finance'! HOWEVER...after the last 4-6 mugs purchased I'm very disappointed that my drinks don't stay cold (and with ice) for more than 3-4 hours, (and seals are falling out of the lids) (I do not use a dishwasher I only hand wash) I'm always wasting due to having to dump out my water logged beverage every few hours. I don't know what to think, but that I am sadly disappointed in this product today. Its like your materials for your product changed drastically. As you can see in the photo I have stood by your product for sometime. The products in the picture is just a few of only "MY" collection, I'm missing about 6 mugs mysteriously. The tall blue beat up mug was my very first one purchased and is over 5 yrs old and keeps cold/hot since the first day it was bought. Because I have been an extended customer to you and your products for a very long time I'm still going to stand by your products and because I'm a firm believer that everything has a hiccup from time to time and things do fall short of perfect so in my opinion your products are going to get the full 5*..However if my problems persist I'll be dropping the rating and will cheat searching for another product similar to yours and for much cheaper of a price.

I love its stainless inside that way it keeps your drink cold for hours after pouring it in. It also keeps your drink hot for a long period of time also. I love the flip top for ease of drinking without spilling out when not drinking. It also holds quite a bit in it. The seal is really nice also and does not leak. All in all this is a great cup and I will be buying more of these in the future. I highly recommend trying this out if you need something to keep your drink cold or hot for long periods of time it does a great job and it such a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this travel mug. I take it to work with me. Since is Ork long shifts sometimes this is perfect. I wanted this for a reason. It stays hot where I work so I wanted a cup that would keep my beverage cold for an extended period of time and this fits my needs perfectly and I love it. I also love the color of it the marble is awesome. I also love that it doesn't leak when knocked over cuz that has happened a few times.

I ordered two of these for camping. They kept the beverage cold and ice unmelted and I like the 16oz size.  They fit perfectly in cup holders and look stylish.  I will use mine daily.

It doesn’t hold heat. My old travel coffee mug holds heat longer than this one. Can I still return this. I don’t have the box and receipt. I’m so disappointed 😔

This Contigo trave mug only holds heat for 1-2 hrs

this is the 2nd mug I purchased. One for me and the Blue one for my grandson. Neither of us uses these mugs anymore. It changes the taste of the liquids we pour in them. He drinks cold drinks and noticed the change and taste of metallic. I use mine for coffee and could not even drink a cup full from this mug because of the change in taste of my coffee. It was immediately noticeable for me. So this was what $30 wasted. I wanted pictures of the inside but they weren't given on the website. I was thinking only the outside was the steel and the inside was made with the hard plastic. I WAS WRONG!

Be sure metal/steel inside is what you want.
