FYI for shipping Fed Ex delivery is bad, bad service.  Let my stuff on railing , it could have fell and broken . This is why I will probably not order anything from Walmart again.

I tried this shampoo and conditioner and it does make your hair soft...and smooth! Always keep different kinds of shampoo.

It does as it says

My hair is naturally curly (read frizzy in humidity!) and quite thick. I have had an expensive (and stinky) keratin salon treatment and I have used expensive shampoo for years. The Suave keratin is extremely inexpensive and does a good job helping to tame my difficult hair.

Good results for small cost

I love all of the Suave product, but this smoothing shampoo and conditioner works the best with my thick, somewhat coarse hair.

I have extremely frizzy hair.  For the first time in my life I have been able to wear it down, flowing because it does not frizz at the drop of a hat.

I reordered this Keratin Shampoo and conditioner because it made my hair feel great and smell amazing for days! But now they changed the packaging and formula. Back to Tresseme.

The description is confusing. I thought that I will get two bottles of the same, Suave Professionals Keratin Infusion Smoothing Shampoo and Conditioner. But I end up get one for shampoo and one for conditioner. It doesn't save time

I used this 3 times. When I went to rinse the conditioner out, my hair was so knotted up....I barely could brush it out. I used WAY more conditioner the 3rd time, hoping it would smooth it out....It didn't! Instead....my hair started falling out. And I mean by the handfuls!
   I immediately switched to a different shampoo but my hair is continuing to fall out by the handfuls. I'm scared to death to wash it bcuz I know heaps of it are going to fall out! You can see right through to my scalp now. I have ¼ amount of hair than I used to(just 2 mths ago!) IDK why this is on shelves

This shampoo was a price definitely too good to be true. It left my hair feeling so oily after i was through washing. i wouldn't recommend buying this nomatter the price.
